Offices, shops, schools, healthcare buildings and industrial halls fall under the EP-U method rather than the residential label. We survey the building in full and register the label.
When is it required?
A valid energy label is mandatory when selling, letting or handing over a non-residential building. Offices larger than 100 m2 must also hold at least label C.
What we do
A full on-site survey of the building envelope, installations and lighting, worked out in line with NTA 8800 and registered with RVO.
What you receive
The registered label, the underlying calculation and an overview of the measures that improve the label fastest.
Lead time
The survey can usually be scheduled within two weeks; registration follows within five working days of the survey.
